Did you know that when Steve Jobs passed on, at age 56, his brain was that of a 27 year old?

Herein revealed: Where Jobs’s eternal youthful brain  superpower came from.

Steve Jobs, the late CEO of Apple Computer, was one of the most accomplished designers in modern, perhaps all, history. He came to dominate personal computing, previously under the sway of Microsoft and its uber-geeks, and rescued it from the realm of the slide-rule types. He made computers and computing beautiful.  He was so revered by his followers he became a cult figure.

But did you know that Jobs practiced something indistinguishable from Hypnotic Beauty and Hypnotic Charisma self-hypnosis. Doing so kept his brain literally decades younger than his chronological age. It made him more beautiful. He became so charismatic that he could mesmerize audiences of thousands and markets of millions. What was his secret?

Now it can be told!

We’ve been bragging on the power of hypnosis to reverse-age you by between three and 19 years. Turns out we were too conservative.

New evidence suggests it can make you younger by decades.

Geoffrey James, writing at Inc. magazine, reports that When Steve Jobs Died at 56, His brain Was Only 27.: Mediation does more than just calm you down; it literally reverse-ages your brain. Home, James:

Meditation literally causes your brain to age backwards.
Under normal circumstances, brains deteriorate as they age.

In the past, I’ve written that Steve Jobs used Zen mindfulness to train his brain, and that neuroscientists recently validated Jobs’s theory about the business benefits of meditation.

There was one thing, however, that Jobs didn’t know, although he might have guessed it to be true. Meditation does more than just calm you down and make you a better manager. Meditation literally causes your brain to age backwards.

Under normal circumstances, brains deteriorate as they age.

There is, however, apparently at least one way to not just stop the deterioration process but to put it in reverse. A study conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School found that meditating for 30 minutes each day for eight weeks:

• Thickened the posterior cingulate, thereby increasing focus and self-confidence.
• Thickened the left hippocampus, thereby increasing the ability to regulate emotion, to learn, and to remember.
• Thickened the temporoparietal junction, thereby increasing empathy, compassion, and perspective.
• Shrank the amygdala, thereby decreasing stress and likelihood of a “flight or fight” response.

Meditation is so effective at repairing damage that it make your brain as much as 25 years younger than your chronological age, and in some cases potentially even younger than that.

Wow!

Warmly,
